With over 15 years of experience, he has become one of the most influential figures in Turkey’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. He is the founder and organizer of the Gelecek Vadeden Girişimler Competition and the Startup Investment Summit. He has also published numerous works related to his field.

Şerafettin Özsoy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and a master’s degree in Banking from Marmara University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Engineering at ITU. After gaining corporate experience at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, Yıldız Holding, and Teknopark İstanbul Incubation Center, he founded his own venture. He is now a founding partner of in4startups (a global investment network), Girişimup.com (an entrepreneurship content platform), and Asya Ventures (an investment fund).
