Champion Startups Announced at the Promising Startups 24

The winners of the “Promising Startups 24” competition, organized annually by in4startups to help local and international investors discover investable startups, have been officially announced.

Out of all applicants, 257 startups that met the competition criteria were accepted. Among these entrepreneurs, 72 were women and 185 were men. Applications came from 31 different provinces across Türkiye, ranging from Bursa to Konya, Eskişehir to Diyarbakır, with Istanbul being the city with the highest number of applicants.

A total of 32 startups held intellectual property rights such as trademarks, utility models, or patents. 36 startups had previously received investments, while 44 had benefited from public supports such as KOSGEB or TÜBİTAK. Additionally, 28 startups had successfully engaged in export activities. Most startups had multiple co-founders, with an average of 2.29 founders per startup—30% female, 70% male.

In terms of sectoral focus, the highest number of applications came from information technologies, health, sustainability, and e-commerce.

The award ceremony will take place on December 2 at the Asya Ventures Startup Investment Summit, hosted by Başakşehir Municipality at their municipal complex. The awarded startups will pitch their ventures to leading investors and engage in one-on-one meetings during the summit.
