10 Startups Selected for the Smart Cities Acceleration Program

The 10 startups accepted into the Smart Cities Acceleration Program, which will be conducted in collaboration with Başakşehir Living Lab incubator and in4startups, have been announced.
This acceleration program, open to startups that have surpassed the prototype stage, aims to support projects designed for the cities of the future. Throughout the acceleration program, startups will be encouraged to develop innovative solutions by addressing the current and future needs and challenges of the district and city.
Başakşehir Municipality and its partners are offering a comprehensive acceleration program to accelerate the development of startups, unlock their innovative capacities, and enhance integrated service delivery. The acceleration program seeks to develop systematic, agile, and sustainable solutions while fostering collaboration among startups and stakeholders.
Acceleration Program Benefits
Participants will receive specialized training in smart cities, enhancing their knowledge and skills. Startups will be guided through in-depth analyses of their business models and projects and will receive mentorship from experienced advisors. They will have the opportunity to build and test their products while directly engaging with municipal officials to present their projects. Additionally, they will receive support in commercialization processes and investment acquisition to help scale their ventures.
Along with collaboration opportunities with partner institutions and organizations, successful projects will be featured in the Smart Cities and Startups Report, gaining broad visibility.

PATILE – Tolgahan Davut Yıldırım
This project is the first and only technology that connects people and animals. It features online feeding, remote access, AI support, and a 360-degree camera with instant notifications and monitoring.
Glorvia – Ömer Faruk Erdoğan
Glorvia is a platform that allows users to design their own clothing, offering a personalized and unique fashion experience. It enables users to create and preview their designs before finalizing them.
Happcons – Batukhan Taluy
Happcons is an AI-powered end-to-end customer experience management platform. It collects data from different users via SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app surveys with both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. Data is gathered from both customers and employees, analyzed using NLP and smart algorithms, and categorized to identify anomalies and potential issues, allowing businesses to address root causes efficiently.
Guiss.Ai – Emirhan Ayçiçek
Guiss.Ai is a technology company that develops robots for waste sorting in recycling facilities. Using AI and image processing technologies, it aims to optimize recycling processes and improve waste separation efficiency.
Başkana (To the Mayor) App – İbrahim Gökyar
This application allows users to submit complaints or provide information to the relevant municipality based on their location. Complaints, along with photos, videos, and descriptions, are recorded in the system. Municipalities can track and manage complaints and suggestions in their respective areas using a dedicated username and password.
Volthread & WLSDM – Fevzi Korkutata
Volthread’s WLSDM (WebLogic Smart Dashboard and Monitoring) product provides extensive data monitoring. With easy installation and a user-friendly interface, it integrates seamlessly with Oracle WebLogic Server, enabling end-to-end monitoring of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
Educall – Tarık Sönmez
Educall offers a technology-based, AI-supported online foreign language speaking training program. It personalizes and accelerates the language learning process, making it more effective. The program caters to corporate clients looking to improve employees’ language skills, as well as individual learners seeking a flexible and efficient language-learning experience. By offering innovative and local solutions, it differentiates itself in the education sector.
YeşilBağ – Ali Osman Yalçın
YeşilBağ is an AI-powered plant care and cultivation application. With just one photo, it can assess plant health and provide detailed information about unknown plants, helping users discover the best ways to care for their plants.
BlueOperation – Muhsin Özezen
BlueOperation connects with high-tech city and facility operations, processes the collected data, and analyzes it. By utilizing smart algorithms, it generates data-driven decisions, creating an autonomous process infrastructure for operations.
